The department reviewed the application and proposes to issue a Part 70 Operating Permit. The department invites the public to review and offer written comments on the draft permit until Aug. 25, 2024. The public can review the application and draft permit below. An informal public hearing about the draft permit will be scheduled, if requested by Aug. 15, 2024. The person(s) requesting the hearing must identify material issues regarding the preliminary permit determination. If a public hearing is scheduled, an announcement for the public hearing will be posted at Air Public Notices.
