The city of Rich Hill, Missouri is requesting proposals for services to complete a lead service line inventory. Services include to pothole the service line near the meter at two locations to determine the piping material and private pluming evaluation to determine the piping material of the service line at the house for a lead service line inventory. All proposals, including price for the services, must be provided to Mayor Nathan Kassner, City of Rich Hill, 120 N. Seventh St., Rich Hill MO 64779 by Wednesday, Aug. 21, 2024 at 4:00 p.m. local time, at which time the proposals will be opened and read publicly. Late proposals will not be considered. Electronic proposals will not be considered. Conditional proposals will not be accepted. Proposals must be sealed and clearly labeled with the entity’s name and address on the outside of the envelope.
