Consolidated Public Water Supply District No. 1 of Clark County, Missouri is requesting proposals for services to complete a lead service line inventory and/ or provide lead service line replacement plan services. All proposals, including price for the services, must be mailed to and received at 114 W. Court St., Kahoka, MO 63445 by Wednesday, April 10, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. local time, at which time the proposals will be opened and read publicly. Late proposals will not be considered. Electronic proposals will not be considered. Conditional proposals will not be accepted. Proposals must be sealed and clearly labeled with the entity’s name and address on the outside of the envelope.
This project is financed through the Missouri State Revolving Fund, by the Water and Wastewater Loan Revolving Fund and federal Capitalization Grants to Missouri.

Consolidated Public Water Supply District No. 1 of Clark County is requesting proposals for services to complete a lead service line inventory services. The completed lead service line inventory spreadsheet should adhere to 40 CFR 141.84. The district has an estimated 3,990 service lines.
The district is requesting pricing for several services as part of this project. Bidders must provide a price on the below proposal form for each service requested. Bidders on this work will be required to comply with the President's Executive Order Number 11246. Requirements for bidders and contractors under this order are further explained at the link provided below. The appropriate state and federal wage rates are applicable to this project.
