Jackson County Public Water Supply District No. 1 is requesting proposals for services to complete a lead service line inventory. The full scope of requirements are contained in the Request for Proposals (RFP) Documents, copies of which are available at the district’s office at 13015 15th St., Grandview, Missouri or can be requested by email from the District’s Manager, Perry L. Thomas at pthomas@jacwater1.com.
All proposals, including price for the services, must be mailed to and received at the District's office, at 13015 15th St., Grandview, MO 64030 by Friday, March 29, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. local time, at which time the proposals will be opened and read publicly. Late proposals will not be considered. Electronic proposals will not be considered. Conditional proposals will not be accepted. Proposals must be sealed and clearly labeled with the entity’s name and address on the outside of the envelope.
Funding for this LSLI Project will come in part from local sources, and in part from American Rescue Plan Act (“ARPA”) grant funds awarded to the State of Missouri and being administered by the Missouri Department of Natural Resources Financial Assistance Center, resulting in a number of requirements and specifications which are described in the RFP Documents.
