Consolidated Public Water Supply District No. 1 of Scotland County, Missouri is requesting proposals for services to complete a lead service line inventory and/ or provide lead service line replacement plan services. The full scope of required services and proposal requirements are available at 915 N. Main St., Memphis, Missouri or can be requested by email from Josh McSparren at josh.mcsparren@yahoo.com.

All proposals must be mailed to and received at P.O. Box 166, Memphis, MO 63555 by Friday, March 22, 2024 at 4:00 p.m. local time. Late, conditional or electronic proposals will not be considered. Proposals must be sealed and clearly labeled with the entity’s name and address on the outside of the envelope. Proposals will be opened and read publicly on March 26, 2024 at 4:00 p.m.

This project is financed through the Missouri State Revolving Fund, by the Water and Wastewater Loan Revolving Fund and federal Capitalization Grants to Missouri.

Request for Proposals

Consolidated Public Water Supply District No. 1 is requesting proposals for services to complete a lead service line inventory and/ or provide lead service line replacement plan services. The completed service lead line service line inventory spreadsheet should adhere to 40 CFR 141.84. Bidders must provide a price on the below proposal form for each service requested.

Bidders on this work will be required to comply with the President's Executive Order Number 11246. Requirements for bidders and contractors under this order are further explained at the link provided below. The appropriate state and federal wage rates are applicable to this project.
