A proposed amendment to Code of State Regulations 10 CSR 20-8.130 Pumping Stations, is now available for public review and comment until Nov. 21, 2023. All comments must be received or postmarked by 5 p.m. The department will hold a public hearing about the proposed amendment on Nov. 14, 2023. Please follow the link below for more information.
