The Missouri Air Conservation Commission will hold a special meeting to vote on the Missouri State Implementation Plan Revision - St. Louis Moderate Nonattainment Area Plan for the 2015 Ozone Standard. If the commission adopts the plan, the department will submit it to EPA to avoid being listed in EPA’s findings of failure to submit, which could increase permit burdens and impact federal highway funding to St. Louis.
