The purpose of this proposed rule update is to correct incorporations by reference and align the language with other rules in 10 CSR 10-6. The federal statute requiring this rule is Clean Air Act (CAA) Section 129. Section 129 of the CAA requires the Administrator to develop regulations under Section 111 of the CAA, limiting emissions of nine air pollutants from four categories of solid waste incineration units: municipal solid waste; hospital, medical and infectious solid waste; commercial and industrial solid waste; and other solid waste. For additional details please see the rulemaking report.
