The department will hold a public informational meeting regarding the reissuance of the Master General Permit MO-R23E000 for stormwater runoff, secondary containment, sump and oil and water separator discharges from biodiesel manufacturing and associated facilities. This meeting is an opportunity to provide input regarding the current permit. A draft of the next permit will not yet be available at the time of the meeting, as the permit writer wishes to incorporate changes based on comments received about the current permit.
