The department will hold a public informational meeting regarding the reissuance of the Master General Permit MO-R130000 for stormwater discharges from producing paper and allied products, textiles and apparel products, printing and publishing operations and paper-only recycling, food and kindred products manufacturing operations. A draft of the next permit will not yet be available at the time of the meeting, as the permit writer wishes to incorporate changes based on comments received.
