The department will hold a public meeting about proposed revisions to the Missouri State Implementation Plan (SIP): New Madrid County Nonattainment Area Plan-2010 Sulfur Dioxide Standard. This meeting is an opportunity for discussion, questions and comments on the proposed plan. Attendance at this meeting may be by conference call or through Webex, using the information below. NOTICE: This public meeting may be subject to audio and video recording.

The department invited the public to review and offer written comments on the proposals until Dec. 19, 2022, which was extended from the original date of Dec. 8, 2022. In addition to this public meeting, the department will also hold a second public meeting and a public hearing about the proposed plan.
