This meeting is an opportunity for discussion, questions and comments on the proposed plan. Attendance at this meeting may be by conference call or through Webex, using the information below. The department invited the public to review and offer written comments on the proposals until Dec. 19, 2022, which was extended from the original date of Dec. 8, 2022.
