The department will hold a public informational meeting regarding the reissuance of the Master General Permit MO-G92xxxx for no-discharge composting operations covering less than 20 acres using mixed feedstock. A draft of the next permit will not yet be available at the time of the meeting, as the permit writer wishes to incorporate changes based on comments received.
