The department will hold a public hearing regarding a new Master General Permit, MO-G330000, which pertains to subsurface and subsurface-to-surface discharges of impacted water originating from closed and controlled historic contaminated sites, such as those containing coal combustions residuals (bottom ash, slag, fly ash and other similar electrical generation waste products) or other contaminated sites where wastes remain, such as pre-law landfills not otherwise regulate. Attendance at this hearing may be by conference call or through Webex, using the information below. NOTICE: This public meeting may be subject to audio and video recording.
