Resources

On Feb. 27, 2024, the department finalized Missouri’s Plan for Environmental Improvement Grants. The plan is a required element of a federal grant the department received under the Inflation Reduction Act. Under the grant program, states and other recipients of planning grants must develop priority plans with potential emission reduction measures. The department developed the final plan in coordination with other state agencies, local governments and stakeholders across the state. The final plan includes a broad range of project categories and a list of project ideas submitted by stakeholders to ensure they are covered by the plan for the upcoming implementation phase. For more information, or to review the plan, visit the departments Climate Pollution Reduction Grants Program webpage.
