After reviewing the financial assistance opportunities on one of the department’s various Financial Assistance Opportunities webpages, download and save the financial assistance forms required by the grant or loan program for which you want to apply. Complete and save all required financial assistance forms.

Submit Requests Electronically

You can electronically submit your responses for available financial assistance from the Missouri Department of Natural Resources through our Funding Opportunities Portal.

  1. If you are a new user, complete and submit a Funding Opportunity Portal Access Request to request access to the department’s Funding Opportunities Portal.
  2. You will receive notification via email once access to the portal is established. This process can take 24-48 hours. Begin your request for financial assistance by logging into the Funding Opportunities Portal.
  3. Select the financial assistance program for which you are applying. The system will guide you through the process and allow you to upload your documents.
  4. Follow the progress of the department’s review of your request through the Funding Opportunities Portal. You will be able to track status changes to your funding request as it is reviewed and awarded.

Mail-In Requests

We hope you choose to use our Funding Opportunities Portal to submit your request, however, if you choose to submit a hard copy, all required information should be sent to the contact indicated in the opportunity documents, by the time specified.

Nothing in this document may be used to implement any enforcement action or levy any penalty unless promulgated by rule under chapter 536 or authorized by statute.
