The Energy Audit Reimbursement Program provides up to $1 million in total funding for Level II ASHRAE energy audits up to a maximum of $20,000 per recipient. The Missouri Department of Natural Resources’ Energy Audit Reimbursement Program uses funding received from the U.S. Department of Energy under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009. Awards are made on a first-come, first-served application process until June 30, 2025, or until all funds are obligated — whichever comes first.
NOTE: For this FY2025 cycle, there will be no extensions of the budget/project deadline.
Eligibility
Eligible entities include public K-12 schools, public two- and four-year higher education institutions and local governments (including hospital districts, sewer districts, water supply districts, sub-districts of a zoological park and museum districts and publicly owned municipal, county, regional and international airport facilities).
