The department prepared a draft Missouri Hazardous Waste Management Facility Part I permit for the Eaton Hydraulics LLC/ Unisys facility. The department, in coordination with EPA, also prepared a Statement of Basis that summarizes the remedial alternatives and the department’s basis of support for a proposed final remedy at the Eaton facility. This meeting is an opportunity for the public to ask questions, share information and discuss issues with facility and department team members. Individuals requiring special services or accommodations in order to attend the meetings can make arrangements by contacting Theresa Doggett at least 72 hours before the meeting.
