JEFFERSON CITY, MO, AUG. 27. , 2021 – Union Covered Bridge State Historic Site staff members invite the public to celebrate its 150th anniversary and learn about the rich history of the bridge from 1-3 p.m. Monday, Sept. 6. Light refreshments will be provided.

Union Covered Bridge is one of only four remaining covered bridges in Missouri, and the only one representing the Burr-arch truss design.

The public is strongly encouraged to follow social-distancing guidelines and be proactive in protecting themselves and others.

Union Covered Bridge State Historic Site is located at 20700 Monroe County Road 962 in Paris, Missouri. For more information about the event, call the site at 573-565-3449.
