JEFFERSON CITY, MO, SEPT. 16, 2021 – Staff members at Sandy Creek Covered Bridge State Historic Site invite the public to join Forgotten Night Skies and NASA Solar System Ambassador Jeff for a night sky viewing event from 8-10 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 25.
Telescopes will be available for constellation and planetary viewing. Participants are encouraged to bring chairs, blankets, binoculars and even their own telescopes for the event.
The public is strongly encouraged to follow social-distancing guidelines and be proactive in protecting themselves and others.
