Missouri's Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) Loan Program offers low-interest loans to communities for a wide range of wastewater infrastructure and nonpoint source pollution control projects, including wastewater treatment, sewer rehabilitation and stormwater improvements. Eligible projects include wastewater or stormwater projects that improve water quality.
