The purpose of this proposed rule amendment is to update the fee structure for construction permits for air pollution sources beginning Jan. 1, 2026. The amendment also removes the ability for facilities to apply for and receive voluntary permits. This amendment also updates incorporation by reference language for consistency with preferred language from the Missouri Secretary of State. For additional details please see the rulemaking report.
