The purpose of this proposed rule amendment is to set emission fees and add a base fee for calendar years 2025-2028 and beyond. This amendment also adds 1-Bromopropane (1-BP) to the category 1 Hazardous Air Pollutant (HAP) list in Table 1, along with updating two updated publication dates for material that is incorporated by reference.
