Public Water Supply District No. 3 of Pulaski County, Missouri is requesting proposals for services to complete a lead service line inventory and/ or provide lead service line replacement plan services. The full scope of requirements are available at 16550 Ripple Road, Crocker, Missouri, or can be requested by email from pwsd3@windstream.net.

All proposals, including price for the services, must be mailed to and received at 16550 Ripple Road, Crocker, MO 65452 by Saturday, June 22, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. local time. Late proposals will not be considered. Electronic proposals will not be considered. Conditional proposals will not be accepted. Proposals must be sealed and clearly labeled with the entity’s name and address on the outside of the envelope. Proposals will be opened and read publicly on July 22, 2024 at 5:30 p.m.

This project is financed through the Missouri State Revolving Fund, by the Water and Wastewater Loan Revolving Fund and federal Capitalization Grants to Missouri.

Request for Proposals

Public Water Supply District No. 3 is requesting proposals for services to complete a lead service line inventory and/ or provide lead service line replacement plan services. Note that performance and payment bonds are required, and a bid bond must be submitted with the proposal. Proposals must include the bid form of the Request for Proposals, the bid bond and any requested qualification information.

Bidders on this work will be required to comply with the President's Executive Order Number 11246. Requirements for bidders and contractors under this order are further explained at the link provided below. The appropriate state and federal wage rates are applicable to this project.
