In response to some recent requests, a public hearing is scheduled for the Denali Jacksonville Storage Basin Draft Missouri State Operating Permit. The hearing will be held for the purpose of receiving public comment on the proposed permit.
Public hearings or issuance of the permit will be conducted or processed according to 10 CSR 20-6.020. Anyone wishing to comment can sign up at the hearing and will be allotted time to share their comments on the proposed permit.
Individuals requiring special services or accommodations in order to attend an event can make arrangements by contacting the department’s staff for that event at least 48 hours before the event at 800-361-4827. Hearing- and speech-impaired individuals may contact department staff through Relay Missouri at 800-735-2966.
