The application period for the Energy Audit Reimbursement Program is now open. The program provides up to $1 million in total funding for Level II ASHRAE energy audits up to a maximum of $20,000 per recipient. The department's Energy Audit Reimbursement Program uses funding received from the U.S. Department of Energy under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009.
The department’s Division of Energy will evaluate applications on a first-come, first-served basis until all funds are obligated. The deadline to submit an application is June 30, 2024. This is an extension of the original June 30, 2023 deadline. The application form, instructions and related materials are available on the department's Energy Audit Reimbursement Program webpage.
