To expand the department’s access to services for individuals with limited English proficiency (LEP), the department compiled, and plans to publish a LEP Access Plan. The department originally invited the public to review and offer written comments on the proposed LEP Plan until Oct. 10, 2022. The deadline has since been extended to Oct. 31, 2022. All comments must be received or postmarked by 5 p.m. The public can review the proposed LEP plan below.

Comments submitted by email are limited to 20 MB in size. Comments larger than 20 MB need to be submitted by mail to the address above.
