The Proposed Federal Fiscal Year 2023 Drinking Water State Revolving Fund intended use plan, set-aside programs and affordability grant guidance are now available for public review and comment until Sept. 21, 2022. All comments must be received or postmarked by 5 p.m. The public can review the draft intended use plan, set-aside programs and affordability grant guidance below. A copy can also be requested by contacting the department's Financial Assistance Center.
Written comments may be submitted by mail to the Missouri Department of Natural Resources, Financial Assistance Center, Attention: Sharon Davenport, P.O. Box 176, Jefferson City, MO 65102-0176 or by email to fac@dnr.mo.gov. Please include either "Intended Use Plan Comments" or "Affordability Guidance Comments" in the subject line.
