Justin Adams was named Deputy Director of Operations for the department's Missouri State Parks, effective March 2025. He oversees the Business Services Program, MSP Regional Offices and Visitor Services Program.
Since 2021, Justin has served as the regional director of the Ozarks Region, providing leadership and oversight for multiple facilities, the south construction unit and the Ozarks Regional Office. In addition to these responsibilities, he has played a key role in planning and executing capital improvement and revenue bond projects.
Justin brings extensive experience within the Missouri State Parks system. His previous roles include Ozarks Region deputy regional director, natural resources manager of the Southwest Management Unit and Cuivre River State Park, and park specialist at both Montauk and Lake Wappapello state parks. Throughout his career, he has managed events and volunteers, overseen stewardship and cultural initiatives, managed budgets, worked with stakeholder groups and led the development of new trails.
