Missouri State Parks has reopened Roaring River State Park near Cassville. The park was closed due to flash flooding after the National Weather Service declared a Flash Flood Emergency and advised the public not to travel in the area.

 

The park store, Emory Melton Inn and Conference Center and some day-use areas are open. Anglers can purchase daily tags at the park store. Campers may arrive starting at 3 p.m. and lodging customers should follow normal check-in procedures.
