JEFFERSON CITY, MO, AUG. 22, 2018 – The Missouri State Museum invites the public to an informational meeting 6 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 5, at the museum. The public is invited to share comments about the Missouri State Museum and its operations. Museum staff will be on hand to provide information and to answer questions. The museum is part of the Missouri State Parks system.

Input from the public is important to Missouri State Parks. These informational meetings, which are being held in all state parks and historic sites, help create two-way communication with the public. The meetings give staff the opportunity to let people know the current status and future plans for the park or historic site, and they offer visitors the opportunity to comment on the facilities.

The Missouri State Museum is located on the first floor of the Missouri State Capitol, 201 W. Capitol, Jefferson City. For more information about the meeting, call 573-751-2854.
