The Missouri State Museum presents the work of artist William Helvey in the exhibition, "Missouri River Art and Photography" at the Elizabeth Rozier Gallery beginning, Tuesday, May 5.

"Missouri River Art and Photography" features the work of prolific artist William Helvey. Helvey, who lives in Columbia, has had an ongoing interest in the Missouri River. As a closing celebration for the exhibition "Missouri River Art and Photography," the artist will host a reception on Saturday, June 27, from 2-4 p.m.

The Elizabeth Rozier Gallery is located inside the Union Hotel at Jefferson Landing State Historic Site, 101 Jefferson, Jefferson City. The gallery is open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday. Jefferson Landing State Historic Site is operated by Missouri State Parks.
