JEFFERSON CITY, MO, JUNE 14, 2019 – Representatives from Missouri State Parks invite the public to an informational meeting at 4 p.m., Saturday, June 29, at the Long Branch State Park North Shelter.

The public is invited to share comments about the park and its operations. Park staff will be on hand to provide information and answer questions. A fun and interactive miniature golf course will be on-site for visitors to learn more about the various activities at the park.

Input from the public is important to Missouri State Parks. These informational meetings, which are being held in all state parks and historic sites, help create two-way communication with the public. The meetings give staff the opportunity to let people know the current status and future plans for the parks and historic sites, and they offer visitors the opportunity to comment on the facilities.

Long Branch State Park is located 28615 Visitor Center Road, Macon, in northeast Missouri. For more information, please contact the park at 660-773-5229.
