JEFFERSON CITY, MO, APRIL 3, 2023 – Those flowers look good enough to eat! Well, some of them you can. Join park team members either Saturday, April 15 or Sunday, April 16, at Current River State Park to learn how to make jelly.
Have you ever wondered how to make that wildflower jelly everyone is posting on social media? Well, this class is for you. Held from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., the same information will be covered both days. Participants should bring water, lunch or snack and 4-ounce jars to take jellies home. They should also plan on a short hike around the park to gather some of the flowers.
