JEFFERSON CITY, MO, OCT. 16, 2023 – Wakonda State Park is hosting a spooktacular Halloween event in the Wakonda Lake and Boulder Lake campgrounds Saturday, Oct. 21. Registered campers can participate in the campsite decorating contest for prizes awarded to the top three campsites. The public is invited to attend campsite trick-or-treating from 4 to 8 p.m.
Trick-or-treaters should park at the Wakonda Beach parking lot and will be transported to the Boulder Lake Campground by tram to avoid traffic congestion and for participant safety.
