JEFFERSON CITY, MO, JAN. 16, 2020 – Due to the forecast for inclement weather, the Flood Recovery Advisory Working Group meeting, scheduled for Friday, has been canceled.
The next meeting is scheduled for 1 p.m. Feb. 10 at the Missouri Department of Natural Resources facility located at 1730 E. Elm St., Jefferson City. The Missouri departments of Natural Resources and Agriculture will convene the meeting, which is open to the public. As with previous meetings, public comment will be accepted.
On July 18, 2019, Governor Parson established the Flood Recovery Advisory Working Group by issuing Executive Order 19-14. On Dec. 31, 2019, the working group submitted an initial report to Governor Parson with findings and suggestions.
