JEFFERSON CITY, MO, MARCH 6, 2019 – Have you ever wondered about being a volunteer at Dr. Edmund A. Babler State Park? Come to the visitor center from 6 to 8 p.m., Friday, March 8 to find out more. Positions for volunteers range from maintenance, front desk/visitor center, naturalist and the Adopt a Park Program.
Staff will go over the different types of duties for each position and answer questions you might have. To become a volunteer, each individual has to complete and pass a background check.
