Dr. Edmund A. Babler Memorial State Park hosts "Howloween" celebration Oct. 31
JEFFERSON CITY, MO, OCT. 17, 2019 – Visit the staff at Dr. Edmund A. Babler Memorial State park from 4 to 8:30 p.m., Thursday, Oct. 31 for fun activities and to learn about things in Missouri that make people howl. There will be a campfire, s'mores, animal interactions and most of all, trick-or-treat for CANDY! This event will provide a safe environment for kids of all ages to enjoy Halloween.
