Missouri State Parks will open the Weston Bend State Park off-leash dog park Friday, May 22 at Weston Bend State Park near Weston. The opening ceremonies will take place at 11 a.m. at the dog park facility just southwest of the park office.

The new dog park is approximately one acre in size and is divided into three sections based on the sizes of dogs. After the ceremony, dog owners and their pets will be invited to try the new facility.
