JEFFERSON CITY, MO, JUNE 19, 2018 - The Missouri Department of Natural Resources has issued a Class IC State No-Discharge operating permit to PVC Management II LLC’s Tipton East facility.
The concentrated animal feeding operation will be located on Renshaw Drive in Clarksburg.
Department staff reviewed the application for completeness and compliance with the Missouri Clean Water Law and the Missouri Clean Water Commission regulations.
Any parties adversely affected or aggrieved by the department’s decision to approve the permit request and issue the final state operating permit may appeal to the Administrative Hearing Commission by filing a written petition within 30 days from issuance (July 19, 2018).
