Release Date

JEFFERSON CITY, MO, JULY 22, 2019 – Crowder State Park invites the public to meet in the the park’s campground amphitheater to participate in educational and hands-on programs from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 3.

At 7:30 p.m., Steve Spencer, a Trenton resident known for providing interesting educational programs, will present a program on the History of Fire. 

At 8:30 p.m., a hands-on Water Cycle program will show participants how to learn through experiments.

Both programs are suitable for all ages. Participants are encouraged to dress appropriately for the weather and use insect repellent.
