Release Date

JEFFERSON CITY, MO, MARCH 15, 2019 – Crowder State Park is seeking volunteers to help with Spring Volunteer Day March 30 in the park. Registration begins at 8 a.m. for volunteers at Camp Grand River Recreation Hall. Registration is required for all participating volunteers. Projects will take place from 9 a.m. to noon, and from 1 to 4 p.m.

Volunteers will participate in stewardship, trail work and clean-up projects within the park and can participate in the morning, afternoon or both volunteer sessions. Lunch will be provided for all volunteers at noon. Volunteers age 14 and younger require parental signature at time of registration and require a chaperone at all times. Volunteers age 15 to 17 require parental signature at time of registration.
