Participants will meet outside the newest fish hatchery building for discussion, then join the public for a fish hatchery tour at 10 a.m. Discussion and implementation of how to photograph a moving fish will be covered. Plan to photograph while on the fish hatchery tour. The photo program will continue after the hatchery tour on other photography issues and concerns.
