JEFFERSON CITY, MO, DEC. 9, 2022 – Backcountry campsites at Hawn State Park are now available for advance and same-day reservations year round through the Missouri State Parks online reservation system. Visitors can experience backcountry camping along the park’s Whispering Pine Trail loops and White Connector 3 in a designated campsite.
When making a reservation online at icampmo.com, the visitor can view campsites to determine availability and location with an easy-to-use map, and see multiple photos for each site.
The nightly rate per campsite is $10 and the standard reservation, cancellation and modification policy for campsites applies. If campsite inventory is available, same-day reservations are allowed without the reservation fee.
Campers can reserve their backcountry campsite in advance by: visiting icampmo.com and making a reservation with a customer account; or by calling the reservation call center at 1-877-422-6766 between 7 a.m. - 7 p.m. CST daily.
