JEFFERSON CITY, MO, JAN. 17, 2019 – Join staff at Mastodon State Historic Site at 10:30 a.m., Jan. 31, for a Art and Nature Painting Program. Let the collaboration of nature’s beauty and the built environment inspire you to pick up a brush. Program participants will get the opportunity to create a one-of-a-kind souvenir and make some memories, all while remaining cozy in the comfort of the museum. Snacks and beverages will be provided. All art supplies will be available for use.

This introductory painting program will review the important skills of watercolor painting and give visitors a chance to create their own painting. All ages and skill levels are invited for this lesson. This program is free, but space is limited and reservations are required. To register, call 636-464-2976.
