Visitors are invited to an aquatic life interpretive program at Prairie State Park. The event will be held at 1 p.m. July 30 at the picnic area of Prairie State Park located near Mindenmines.
Guests of this program will learn about different organisms that live in water and how these organisms determine whether the water is clean or not. This program will also inform guests on how these different animals are important to the ecosystem.
It is recommended that guests bring shorts, wading shoes and a change of clothes, as participants may get wet.
