JEFFERSON CITY, MO, JULY 11, 2019 – Be sure to join us for your chance to become a gold medalist at the second annual Van Meter Olympic Games. Annie and Abel Van Meter State Park is hosting a morning of free fun and games for kids of all ages. Opening ceremonies will begin at the large shelter house at 10 a.m., Saturday, July 27. The Van Meter Olympics will be the ultimate test of your team’s skills and athleticism. Games are geared towards children but adults are welcome and encouraged to participate.
