The Nestle Purina PetCare Co.-Golden Products Division submitted an Intermediate Operating Permit application for its facility located in Bloomfield, Missouri. The department reviewed the application and proposes to issue an Intermediate Operating Permit. The department invites the public to review and offer written comments on the draft permit until May 30, 2022. The public can review the application and draft permit below. The person(s) requesting the hearing must identify material issues regarding the preliminary permit determination.
