JEFFERSON CITY, MO, JULY 25, 2017 – The Missouri State Museum will offer a fun twist for its summer programming during August with interactive programs for all ages. The programs will be held in the State Capitol and are free to the public.
Learning@11 is a series of interactive programs exploring various aspects of Missouri’s cultural and natural history and are specifically focused on age groups four to seven. The activity-based programs will be held from 11 to 11:45 a.m. on Tuesdays in August. Dates and program themes are listed below:
- Aug. 1 – Eads Bridge
- Aug. 8 – Mark Twain
- Aug. 15 – Eclipse and More
Tuesdays@2 are similar activity-based programs focused on age groups 8 to 12 years of age. The dates and program themes will be the same as the Learning@11 but the programs will be held from 2 to 2:45 p.m. on Tuesdays.
