JEFFERSON CITY, MO, MAY 17, 2017 – Visitors can learn about birds as they take an evening stroll along the Courage Trail May 25 at Battle of Island Mound State Historic Site. The Birds of a Feather hike will begin at 6 p.m. on the 0.6-mile trail.
Hikers will learn about and identify a variety of birds that are native to the area. Everyone is encouraged to bring binoculars.
