JEFFERSON CITY, MO, APRIL 24, 2018 – Harry S Truman Birthplace State Historic Site invites the public to an informational meeting at 12:30 p.m. Saturday, May 5. The public is invited to share comments about the site and its operations. Historic site staff will be available to provide information and answer questions. The meeting is being held in conjunction with the historic site’s Truman Day event.

Input from the public is important to Missouri State Parks. These informational meetings, which are being held in all state parks and historic sites, help create two-way communication with the public. The meetings give historic site staff the opportunity to let people know the current status and future plans for the park or historic site, and they offer visitors the opportunity to comment on the facilities.
